Nature and Yoga Day

Enjoy a class of ‘Rainbow Yoga’ in the Rainforest. Experience the purity
of the cool forest air as you breathe deeply through a flow of standing poses surrounded by the soothing greens and browns. Look up at the sky through a canopy of leaves, look down at the deep dark tropical soil, look out to massive tree trunks, knarled buttress roots and hanging lianas as you practice "yoga in harmony with nature".

In the afternoon we will spend time learning the power of being in two-way communication with nature and enjoying the mutually enhancing relationship with the luscious environment with a range of reconnect activities.

Duration: 4-6 hours
